What to Do If You Cannot Login to Mostply
The most common reason players cannot log in is a forgotten password. This is simple to fix — click the "Forgot password?" link on the Mostply login page, enter your registered email or mobile number, and a reset link or OTP code will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes.
If you have forgotten both the email and phone number associated with your account, or if your number has changed, contact Mostply support directly.
