To register and maintain an active account on Mostply, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on Mostply. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. Mostply will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently ban the player, forfeit any balances and withhold any pending withdrawals where multiple accounts are confirmed.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, phone number and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration — including a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Mostply login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Mostply will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your login details. Mostply may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, address or payment methods. Acceptable documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in temporary restrictions on your ability to withdraw funds.
Mostply accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 100. Mostply does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits made via mobile wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited to your Mostply balance instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on interbank processing times. Mostply is not liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used to make a deposit on your Mostply account, or to a verified bank account in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Mostply does not impose a processing fee on withdrawals, but your bank or wallet provider may charge their own fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where verification is pending, Mostply may place the withdrawal on hold until documentation is reviewed. Once approved, mobile wallet withdrawals typically settle within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days.
All transactions on Mostply are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges on our end. Any currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or card issuer are entirely outside Mostply's control and will be deducted from your transaction by the third-party payment processor.

Bets placed on Mostply are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selection, stake and market — are correct before confirming. Mostply does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances described below.
Mostply reserves the right to void a bet where: (a) it was placed on an event or market that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned; (b) the bet was placed in error due to a technical fault on the Platform; (c) the odds were clearly published in error (palpable error); or (d) there is evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of a match result, outcome or corrupt activity.
Where Mostply's odds or markets are published incorrectly due to a human or technical error — for example, odds of 1000/1 on a near-certain outcome — Mostply reserves the right to void any bets accepted at the incorrect price. Where a void is applied, your original stake will be returned in full to your Mostply balance.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and withdrawal at any time at Mostply's discretion, including where a significant event (wicket, goal, penalty) is believed to have occurred but not yet been processed. Bets accepted before a suspension that are later confirmed as having been placed after the outcome was known may be voided.
Mostply imposes maximum payout limits per bet, per day and per market. These limits are available within individual market descriptions on the Platform and are subject to change. Where a bet's winnings exceed the applicable maximum, the payout will be capped at that maximum regardless of the stake placed.
Casino games and crash games available on Mostply are supplied by third-party providers including Spribe, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO and others. By playing these games on the Mostply Platform, you accept both these Terms and Conditions and the applicable terms of the relevant game provider.

Crash games including Aviator and Spaceman on Mostply operate on provably fair cryptographic systems. Each round's outcome is determined by a combination of a server seed, a client seed and a nonce before the round begins. Players can verify any historical round result independently. Where a disconnection occurs during a casino game or crash game round, the game's server-side logic will continue to execute. The round outcome will be determined as it would have been had the connection remained uninterrupted. Mostply is not liable for any losses that result from a player's disconnection during a game round.
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round's integrity, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to all players' Mostply balances. Game malfunctions do not entitle players to winnings that could not have been achieved without the malfunction.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mostply platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and may result in reporting to relevant authorities:
Mostply reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or conduct that poses a risk to the Platform's integrity or to other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held in escrow until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where the investigation finds no breach, the balance will be released and account access restored.
Players may close their own Mostply account at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
